When you request a walker through our On-Demand services, you’ll receive a 2-Button Aluminum Folding Front Wheeled Walker with 5-inch Wheels, supporting users up to 300 lbs.

The only cost for this service is the price of the walker. The price listed below reflects the out‑of‑pocket amount if you choose to pay at checkout.
If you’d like to use your insurance, please check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage. If your plan is eligible, we can bill your insurance directly, and your cost will depend on the allowed amount determined by your provider.

No, any patient in Utah can request a walker via the on-demand request form.
You do not need an order from your provider, Intermountain on-demand services providers will place one for you after you submit the request form.
We work with many insurance providers. To check if Intermountain is in-network, please contact your insurance company directly. If we receive your request and discover we are not a participating provider, we will alert you and you will have the option to pay out of pocket or cancel your order.
Please call us if you are experiencing any concerns or problems with your walker. Our return policy may vary slightly depending on the situation, so we are happy to talk through your concerns and help determine the best option.
If a return is possible, you may bring the walker to one of our local Home Medical Equipment offices which can be found here, or you may mail it to 11520 Redwood Road, South Jordan, UT, 84095. If you plan to mail it back, please call ahead to let us know.
