You’ll start by filling out a short online form about your needs. No appointment is required.
After you submit the form, one of our team members reviews your information. They may contact you through secure messaging, a phone call, or a video visit to confirm your order.
The review usually takes about 15–20 minutes.
Once you’ve confirmed the details, our team will fulfill your order and arrange delivery to your home.
We offer two types of crutches through our on-demand service.
Standard aluminum underarm crutches
These are the most common type of crutch. They are placed under the arm and have push buttons that let you adjust them to your height.

Aluminum forearm crutches
Forearm crutches, sometimes called elbow crutches, are often used by people who will use them for a longer time. They take more upper body strength but may be more comfortable and some people prefer them for long-term use.

No, you can request crutches without a provider's order. Intermountain on-demand services providers will place one for you after you submit the request form.
Please call us if you are experiencing any concerns or problems with your crutches. Our return policy may vary slightly depending on the situation, so we are happy to talk through your concerns and help determine the best option.
If a return is possible, you may bring the crutches to one of our local Home Medical Equipment offices which can be found here, or you may mail it to 11520 Redwood Road, South Jordan, UT, 84095. If you plan to mail it back, please call ahead to let us know.
