If you are experiencing vaginal/vulvar itching, thick, white, cottage cheese-like vaginal discharge without odor, or vaginal/vulvar soreness or irritation, these may be symptoms of a yeast infection. Please consider using our Yeast Infection Treatment on demand service here. If you are experiencing symptoms of both yeast infection and UTI, you may require in-person care. Please see your primary care provider or visit your nearest urgent care clinic instead.
- With Intermountain’s On-Demand service, you can get treatment for certain conditions by answering questions about your symptoms and condition online. This is done quickly and comfortably via online form without the need to schedule a visit with a provider.
- This service is not meant for patients who have recurrent UTIs or symptoms that indicate the infection has spread outside of the bladder. If you’re not sure if this is you, the form will ask questions to help evaluate whether we can care for you via On-Demand or if one of our other services, like a virtual visit or urgent care might be a better fit.
- After you complete the intake form, one of our Clinical Pharmacists will review your information. They will reach out to you through secure messaging, a phone call, or virtual visit to understand your symptoms and provide personalized treatment recommendations.
- Assessment and evaluation may take 15-20 minutes.
- After you discuss your symptoms and treatment options with a pharmacist, they’ll prescribe your treatment and send it to your preferred pharmacy so you can get relief quicker.
