How to start a visit
- Open the Intermountain Health MyChart App
- Select Virtual Visit.
- Start a Connect Care Scheduled visit.
- After selecting your current location, choose the Connect Care: Physical Therapy practice, and select a provider.

If you have questions about medications or need a prescription, please contact your physician or another qualified medical provider. We are always happy to work alongside your healthcare team to support you.
