Orem OB-GYN and Nurse Midwives

Thank you for choosing our practice for your maternity care. At this time, our Certified Nurse Midwives do not provide care for patients planning a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC). Patients seeking VBAC services will be cared for by one of our physician providers to ensure the highest level of clinical support and safety.

In most cases, delivery for VBAC patients will occur at a facility with a higher level NICU, such as American Fork Hospital or Utah Valley Hospital, rather than Orem Community Hospital. This helps ensure access to the appropriate level of care if needed.
