• Remote patients monitoring kit that monitors your vitals (heart rate, blood pressure, etc), no wifi needed
• Treatment team 24 hours a day/7 days a week to respond to your needs
• Transportation back to the hospital is provided if needed

• Medications delivered to you before you leave the hospital or delivered to your home. Some home medications can be used as indicated by the treatment team
