Our services and programs

We offer a variety of services and programs to support your child's behavioral health needs.

We offer two distinct tracks within our day programs, designed to provide comprehensive behavioral health support for teens aged 12-18 years old. Each program is tailored to meet your teen’s needs at different stages of their mental health journey. Our team provides evaluations and ongoing behavioral health services, working collaboratively with your family to determine the most beneficial path for your teen and family.

Track One: Crisis partial hospitalization program

Designed for adolescents 12-18 years old, this program supports your child in a mental health crisis. The program lasts for 5 to 7 business days, between 8:15 am to 3:00 pm, and includes:

  • Individual therapy: One-on-one sessions each day with a licensed mental health therapist focusing on stabilization, safety, how the adolescent is applying their care, and assessment for continued support.
  • Psychiatry services: Which provide an evaluation to help address current diagnoses, adjust or start medications as needed, and assess for needed care. Daily support is also available as needed.
  • Skills groups: Designed to provide skills focused on emotional regulation, communication, conflict regulation, resiliency, and social skills to help navigate everyday stressors.
  • Therapy group: In addition to our skills groups, we also provide a therapy group which focuses on building therapeutic skills, processing, and allowing teens to practice appropriate peer support and learning from one another.
  • Expressive therapy: Uses creative outlets through art, music, or movement, promoting emotional expression and healing.
  • Case management: These services are provided, as needed, to make referrals to mental health agencies or offer additional resources for parents.

For additional questions about our partial hospital program, call the program’s case manager at 385-531-1824.

Track Two: Day partial hospitalization program

Designed for adolescents 12-18 years old, this program supports your child's needs for full-day and school support on their mental health journey. The program lasts for 8 weeks, Monday through Friday, between 8:15 am to 3:00 pm, and includes:

  • Individual therapy: One-on-one sessions each week with a licensed mental health therapist focusing on the unique needs of the adolescent. We will partner with you and your family to find the care that meets your needs.
  • Family therapy: We offer weekly collaborative sessions with a licensed mental health therapist involving family members to enhance communication and strengthen relationships. We will use family therapy sessions as needed to connect your child with the care they need in their environment. The family will have the opportunity to meet with the care team involved in their teen’s care at the halfway point and prior to discharge.
  • Psychiatry services: Which provide an evaluation to help address current diagnoses, adjust or start medications as needed, and assess needed care. Daily support is also available as needed.
  • Academic school blocks: Designed to work closely with your teen to complete the necessary credits based on the academic calendar and grade level and offer support for credit recovery as needed.
  • Skills groups: Designed to provide skills focused on but not limited to emotional regulation, communication, conflict regulation, resiliency, and social skills to help navigate everyday stressors.
  • Therapy group: In addition to our skills groups, we also provide a therapy group that focuses on building therapeutic skills, processing, and allowing teens to practice appropriate peer support and learning from one another.
  • Expressive therapy: Uses creative outlets through art, music, or movement, promoting emotional expression and healing.
  • Case management: These services are provided, as needed, to make referrals to mental health agencies or offer additional resources for parents.

We believe in providing the most effective care for your teen and family. That’s why our programs integrate a variety of evidence-based therapies, proven to support positive outcomes. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS)
  • Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)

Our program offers a comprehensive and individualized approach to mental well-being, designed to support every teen’s unique journey. We provide a safe and supportive environment where teens can explore challenges, develop coping skills, and build resilience through individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Our dedicated team utilizes evidence-based practices and collaborative care to help your teen and family navigate safety and their mental health.

As needed, medications can be crucial to your teen’s treatment plan. We will work closely with you and your child to develop a personalized medication plan to help address their symptoms and needs. We will also assist in scheduling regular follow-up appointments to help your child’s treatment remain effective and make any necessary adjustments.

We offer psychological testing to help you, your child, and our caregivers understand the best approach to care for your child’s unique needs. The tests can provide insight into autism, ADHD, learning disorders, traumas, and personality assessments. Our compassionate psychologist is committed to providing accurate diagnoses and detailed reporting that can be utilized in school and mental healthcare settings.

We understand the importance of continued academic progress while focusing on mental well-being. As a fully accredited non-public school, our program works closely with your teen and family, aligning with their local school district calendar and offering support for credit recovery as needed. We also provide continued support by offering recommendations for school support, including 504/IEP services and exploring appropriate schooling options as they transition back to their home school or other educational settings.
